This hotel is a luxurious dream come true. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the exclusive amenities and level of service. the Spa & wellness centre was top notch, offering a range of treatments including full body massages, facials, and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight, with a beautiful sun terrace and steam room to relax in afterwards. the in-room breakfast was a real treat and the private facilities were everything we could have hoped for.
The location, which was a little out of the way and meant we had to rely on taxis to get around. this minor issue was easily overlooked given the incredible experience we had at this hotel.

The service at this hotel was great. The staff was always available to help and were very good too assist me. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the bed and pillows provided a comfortable sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the interior design was fine. I also appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as receiving flowers when my daughter was ill.

During my stay at this hotel, I felt like royalty. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a princess, with a warm welcome and a dedicated staff to guide me to the reception. The room felt like my own personal kingdom, with Oleg, a member of the staff, taking the time to show me all the features and functions. The attention to detail was impeccable, making me feel right at home. the location provided a serene view, adding to the overall luxurious experience.
There was one minor setback: the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Excellent service from friendly staff, who went out of their way to assist. Immaculately clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Convenient location with modern, thoughtful decor and technology. Enjoyed a special birthday celebration, with lovely details and attentive staff. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
